I love having at least one spa day a week. A few years collecting DIY skin-care recipes gives me the opportunity to really pamper myself with fully customized routines. This one is courtesy of Jennifer Yen, the creator of Pur-Lisse. It’s an amazing scrub that really smoothes the skin out and makes it glow
- 1/2 cup ground rice (round in blender or food processor)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
Stir all ingredients together and smooth over your body in circular motions. Rinse it all off and moisturize.
